A.  DESCRIPTION:  The Networked Dimming Fixture Controller shall be a wirelessly managed, plenum rated device designed specifically for the control and management of Dimmable led panel lighting circuits. Networked Dimming Fixture Controllers shall provide remote management and control of led panel lighting levels via schedules, sensors inputs, over-rides, and curtailments when used in conjunction with LUMIN-Lighting’s led panel lightCenter and EnergyCenter Software.  Provide LUMIN-Lighting Corporation AFC-A Dimming Fixture Controllers and accessories in quantities and configurations as shown on the Project Drawings
1.  Dimming Fixture Controller shall support control of up to ten 0-10VDC dimmable flourecent or LED lighting fixtures (Advance Mark 7 or Equivalent).
2.  Dimming Fixture Controller shall be distributed throughout the project, local to the loads controlled and associated switches & sensors as shown on the project drawings.
3.  Dimming Fixture Controller shall be fully compatible with occupancy/ vacancy sensors and daylight sensors provided by the manufacturer of the Dimming Fixture Controllers as well as certain sensors manufactured by others.  

4.  Dimming Fixture Controller shall support selected 0-10VDC photocells

1.  Dimming Fixture Controllers shall communicate with one another, the Network Management Appliance, Networked Controllable Thermostats, and other network devices via a reliable mesh network.  It shall not be necessary to run control cable between Dimming Fixture Controllers or other network devices.
a.  Dimming Fixture Controllers shall be configured, managed, and controlled via HTML (web) pages provided over the LAN or WAN by led panel lightCenter or EnergyCenter Software installed on the LUMIN-Lighting Manager Appliance.
b.  Dimming Fixture Controllers that require a dedicated piece of hardware, or proprietary software installed on a LAN or WAN PC shall not be acceptable.
2.  Networked Dimming Fixture Controllers shall be managed by a user defined combination of schedules, over-rides, curtailments, sensor inputs, and local controls.  Behavior of the Dimming Fixture Controller and associated devices including, but not limited to, led panel light level, response to sensors, and timing of automatic shutoffs during vacancy shall be adjustable via a 24 hour x 7 day x 365 day schedule.
3.  It shall be possible to map the input and data of any sensor connected to a Dimming Fixture Controller to any or all other led panel lighting Controllers and Networked devices in the system.
4.  In the event of Network failure, the Dimming Fixture Controller shall operate as a stand alone device with local control and response to Sensor Inputs.  Systems which do not provide local control over led panel lighting circuit in the event of network failure or that fail to an “always on” or “always off” mode shall not be acceptable.
